WRONG DOOR BELL
still no answer from this company.This was the advertisement for the door bell,> (New year's sales | Up to 45% OFF)The World’s Most Advanced Smart Doorbell .Unfortunately i can't find the picture.the cost including shipping was 35euro.And as you can see from the photo this is what they sent me ( i say cost about 5euro).Please dont shop with these scam artists .

Same happened to me in England, I am pushing for a full refund through PayPal. They offered $15, still going for a full refund.
They offered me $18. Cost $17.25 to send the piece of junk back. Ugh.
I hope you get your money. PayPal is making it nearly impossible.
Just received from PayPal a full refund, hope all of you who have been swindled by Orderplus are just as successful. Keep on advertising, this should never happen but it does, the only way to try and stop this type of online company is by warning buyers to go elsewhere
